Tour Procedures

It is mandatory for visitors to process Bhutan visa clearance before-hand. Bhutan visa fee is USD40 per person. Visa processing and flight will be arranged by Bhutan Mountain Holiday.

Requirements for Bhutan visa processing are:
1. Clear copy of your passport and
2. Clear copy of your photo (any photo will do but the background has to be plain white).

By tourism policy in Bhutan, tour payment has to be made in advance by wire transfer(swift transfer) or by credit card. This is standard procedure.

Flight: We also provide flight services and we have flights to/fro Bhutan via Bangkok, Kathmandu, Delhi and Singapore. 

Bhutan Land Tour Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation before 60 days of the start of the tour: Only an administrative fee of USD350 deductible. 
Within 60 days: Cancellation Fee is 35% of the package tour rate.
Within 40 days: Cancellation Fee is 45% of the package tour rate.
Within 30 days: Cancellation Fee is 55% of the package tour rate.
Less than 25 days or cancellation without notice: Cancellation Fee is 100% of the package tour rate.
